The hinged bi-valved septal nasal splint is anatomically designed to fit and support the nasal septum. Compression is easily distributed onto the septum in the post-operative phase following septalplasty.

• Hinged and flexible to enable use on different sized septum
• Saddle hing fits accross caudial septum to prevent aspiration of splint
