The Kerrison 360° Rotating Rongeur is a single instrument in which the shaft rotates into eight different “biting” positions. This eliminates the need of multiple rongeurs since this one instrument can satisfy most needs. The position of the surgeon can remain convenient even though anatomical structures are not.
