    US ACCESS BOARD REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPLIAINCE ON SEAT HEIGHT

    Transfer surfaces must be height-adjustable, with the height measured from the floor to the top of the uncompressed transfer surface, and must provide the following:

    • A low transfer position no higher than 17 inches
    • A high transfer position no lower than 25 inches
    • At least four additional transfer positions between the low and high positions, each separated by a minimum of 1 inch

    The PhoenixAXS meets the new U.S. Access Board requirements by providing a minimum transfer height of 17 inches.

    The PhoenixAXS features an adjustable seat height range from 17 inches to 29 inches, allowing for improved patient accessibility and positioning flexibility.
